About Me

As you probably guessed already my name is Steve.  I am 27 years old and live in northeast Ohio with my wife, my dog and my cat.  My main hobby interests are cars and flying RC.  I started flying when I was 10 years old and took to it like a duck in water, but it became too much for my parents always running me to the flying field so I had to take a break.  Now 15 years later, I decided to get back into the hobby since I can supply my own transportation now.

  I'm starting this blog to give first hand reviews, tips and tricks that don't come from a paid or sponsored party.  Many times when I read or watch reviews they come from someone sponsored by the company that supplied their product.  I want to deliver a completely unbiased opinion while still giving tips and tricks I learned along the way.  And lastly since I am still fairly new to the hobby my opinions will be aimed toward new pilots who are still learning.  While sometimes it's nice to hear from a veteran about a product I sometimes find myself wondering "is it really that easy or do they just feel like it is since they are experienced?"  Sometimes it's nice to hear from someone around the same skill level as you before spending a lot of money on what could be a mistake, as I have done in the past.
